Located close to the quay and Polruan's small sandy beach (reached by a small flight of steps), this roomy and comfortable adjoining cottage is set out over three floors and provides lovely views across the Fowey Estuary. Surrounded by NT land, this unspoilt fishing village offers many fine walks with wonderful scenery. A regular passenger ferry runs from the quay to Fowey with its many shops, restaurants and which is also popular for sailing, and the Du Maurier festival in May. Pubs 100yards.....
